    SCHOOL HOURS

Our Denbo-Crichton school hours are from 8am-2:45pm. I will be available from 8am-11am and 12:20pm-2:45pm.

*Our DAILY "Morning Meeting" starts at 8:20am. Make sure your child attends! ☀️

    ATTENDANCE

Your child needs to submit an Attendance form in Google Classroom "HOMEROOM" by 9:30am EVERYDAY. If your child does NOT complete the form to sign in, you will receive an automated call from the school around 10:30am and will be required to contact the school to update attendance. An additional automated call will be made around 5pm providing notification that your child was marked absent for the day.

    PHONE CALLS

If I call you, it will pop up as a restricted or private number...that’s me. I will leave a voicemail, so it's important to clear out your voicemail or set it up to receive messages.

    TECHNOLOGY

Technology is not perfect. There has been a huge increase of online traffic that slows down programs. Please be patient as some online elements are not functioning correctly.

If you’re using a tablet, please download the following apps for the online components.

    • FASTT Math (only on iPads)
    • Google Classroom
    • Google Docs
    • Google Slides
    • EPIC
    • Khan Academy
    • HD Meeting

    FASTT MATH

After downloading FASTT Math on an iPad, please message me. The FASTT Math does NOT work with android tablets. With an iPad I can walk you through directions on how to configure it to the district's system.

    GOOGLE CLASSROOM

Every student has a Google account. For Google Classroom to work, your child has to be logged into Google FIRST. In the top right corner is an icon that your child has to SIGN IN with their district log in. Their username is their 6 digit ID number @pemb.org (example: 123456@pemb.org) and password is their 10 digit birthday (MMDDYYYY).

    STUDENT ASSIGNMENTS

Your child will be completing work online using Google Classroom, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google Forms. In some cases your child will need to show evidence of work, so they can take a picture and attach it to their assignment. For example, students will need to take a picture of their independent practice problems completed in their math workbook and submit it online.

The requirements for each day are very similiar, however the pages and skills change. Make sure your child always checks Google Classroom for their daily assignments.
